After a hectic week for all parkrun country managers and with some glorious weather on the cards, we are now settling back into our routine. So, without further ado let me introduce you to the newest parkruns across the world.

Staring in Australia, welcome to Frog Hollow and Shellharbour parkruns. We also welcome the relaunch of Lakeview parkrun.

The next to start is Warszawa-Ursynów parkrun in Poland. Considering the time zones, Mogol parkrun in South Africa will kick off at about the same time.

Finally, we welcome Tymon parkrun in the Republic of Ireland and St Helens parkrun in the UK. Then on Sunday we welcome Stirling Juniors parkrun to the family.

Thats seven new parkrun venues this week. Go team!

Best of luck to all the new teams. We hope your first event goes without a hitch. Thank you to the thousands of volunteers who selflessly come out week after week to make parkrun happen. You are the best!

It’s looking good in the UK for a wonderful parkrun day. I wish all parkrunners everywhere a great parkrunday.
