Milestone t-shirts: technical challenges

We are aware that some parkrunners are currently experiencing technical problems claiming milestone t-shirts. Our milestone t-shirt manufacturer and fulfilment partner Pro:Direct are working through a number of IT issues brought on by a software update that is affecting the whole business - not just milestone t-shirts.

We are in close contact with Pro:Direct but at the moment cannot provide any timescale for when the system will be fixed. In the meantime it is likely we will experience occasions when claims go through smoothly and other times when pre-ordering appears to not be available, or orders fail at checkout. Unfortunately these issues are also impacting Pro:Direct’s customer support response times.

Please be assured that a failure to order your t-shirt will not close your claim or lose your place in the queue.
