Milestone t-shirts back on track

We are pleased to be able to confirm that, together with Pro:Direct, we have fixed the recent issue in the milestone t-shirt claim system and have started to reinstate links.

Over the next four weeks, if you are eligible, you will receive an email inviting you to go to your parkrun profile and claim your milestone t-shirt from Pro:Direct.

We are being careful to ensure that those who have been waiting longest get the chance to claim their t-shirt first which is why we are slowly activating claim links over the next four weeks.

If we don’t experience any further issues, we expect the rollout to go as follows:

This week: Activate links for everyone eligible as at 10th May 2019
6 August: Activate links for the rest of May 2019
13 August: Activate links for all of June 2019
20 August: Activate links for all of July 2019
27 August: Activate links for all of August 2019 up to present time

After 27 August we will revert to normal and claim links will be activated in the week after a parkrunner qualifies for a milestone t-shirt.

Please note, due to the volume of orders (over 2,500 people qualify for a milestone t-shirt every week) even if your t-shirt is in stock it can sometimes take a few weeks to receive your milestone t-shirt after your order has been placed.
